Our brand new, private pool villa is a perfect combination of the unique sea view, with the relaxation and luxury of your own private pool!

The pool is 6x8 meters wide and includes a jacuzzi system. Patmos Villa Kevin is built in the same traditional theme as our smaller houses, it spans over 2 floors and over 80m2 and can host up to 6 persons. You'll enjoy the big kitchen and the living room while having the luxury of two separate bedrooms! All the suites have two bathrooms, one on each floor, and three double beds: one in each bedroom plus one in the living room.

The house is built on top of the Sapsila hill and every one of them has a breathtaking view of the Aegean sea and the sunrise.

Just 100 meters away you can find the Sapsila and Loucacia beaches, accessible from each house in just a few minutes through a stairway connecting the complex and the beach.

These homes offer amazing views of the Aegean, and have extra big verandas, with a private pool, in the front of the house, plus a small garden in the back. They make ideal family vacation choices!
